Criminal District Attorney Richard Glaser reports that on Thursday, December 8, 2011, the Fannin County Grand Jury met for its final session in 2011 to consider twenty-five (25) cases.  Twenty-five (25) cases were true billed or indicted.

During the year 2011, the Grand Jury returned a total of 400 true bills of indictment for felony offenses.  This compares with the 293 true bills of indictment filed during the year 2010.

The law enforcement agencies filing cases were as follows:
