The Bonham Police Department and the Fannin County Family Crisis Center worked together to sponsor a four hour training on August 8th and 9th for the local and area law enforcement officers.

Attending the classes at the TCOG’S TEAM Center were 45 officers, two prosecutors, and the staff of the Crisis Center.

Detective Sheila Greene from the Family Violence Unit of the Dallas Police Department was the instructor for the classes; ”The Predominant Aggressor” and “Strangulation: Building the Case.”

Attendees received handouts and viewed videos regarding the subject matter.

Class participation enabled valuable learning experiences for all envolved.

Refreshments were served courtesy of the Fannin County Crisis Center and the Bonham Police Department.
