Opening night for "Salute to the Artist" was a great success at the Creative Arts Center in Bonham, Texas.
A large crowd gathered on Friday, September 10 to meet the artist members of the Creative Arts Center.
This is a special night at the Center and a time to Salute the Artist for all their hard work they have done throughout the year. This wonderful evening of art greeted the visitors and guests with new pieces which will be on display at the gallery for four weeks. You can enjoy watercolors, acrylics, pastel, photography, oils, bronze, jewelry, wood works, pottery, glitterflops, and more.
Each artist member exhibited new works of art along with the exchanging of techniques, ideas, and resources.
The Center is privileged to have such talent from all over Texas and Southern Oklahoma.
Another elegant work of art which was the climax for the evening was the wonderful food presentation by the Hospitality Committee consisting of Carole Stubsten, Janet Weber, Sally Delk, Sharon Eaton, Linda Hall, and guest chef Joann Lipscomb.
