On Thursday April 15, 2010, Grayson County Investigator Mark Haning stopped a vehicle on 289 north of Pottsboro for a traffic violation.  During that traffic stop Inv. Haning was told by dispatch at that an occupant of the vehicle, Mark Donihoo, 46 of Whitewright had outstanding arrest warrants; Assault Causing Bodily Injury Family Violence and a Motion to Revoke Probation (Injury to a Child); he was arrested at that time. 

The driver of the vehicle, Tammy Erwin, 31 of Sherman gave Inv. Haning consent to search the vehicle.  During that search Inv. Haning found a zip lock bag containing Methamphetamine.  Tammy Erwin was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance less than one gram.  It was later determined that Tammy Erwin had 5 outstanding arrest warrants for: Motion to Adjudicate Guilt (theft), Theft of Property under $1,500.00, Forgery of a Financial Instrument, Motion to Revoke Probation and Motion to Adjudicate Guilt for theft of property.  Both suspects are awaiting bond to be set.

April 15, 2010 - Search warrant executed at 126 Robin Lane in Pottsboro

Investigators from the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Section typed and executed a search warrant for a home in Henderson Camp off of Highport Road.  Investigators have been conducting surveillance on this particular home and its occupants for several months.  When the warrant was served Laura Lee Krum Watson was inside her home.  When Investigators searched the home they located:  Digital scales and bags used for packaging illegal narcotics, pseudo ephedrine, Iodine and Denatured Alcohol all of which are used in the manufacturing process of Methamphetamine. 

Laura Lee Backest Krum Watson was arrested for Possession of Dangerous Drugs.   More charges and more arrested are expected in this case as the investigation continues.  Laura Watson posed a $1,500.00 bond and was released at 1:45 a.m. today.

Ty Watson, Laura Krum Watson’s husband is currently in the Grayson County Jail for his arrest on February 3, 2010 when he possessed about $2,500.00 worth of Methamphetamine while out on Parole.
