Criminal District Attorney Richard Glaser reports that on Thursday, March 18, 2010, the Fannin County grand jury met to consider thirteen (13) cases.  Eleven (11) cases were true billed or indicted.  So far in 2010, the grand jury has returned 52 true bills of indictment.

Honey Grove Police Department increased law enforcement efforts resulting in the most cases considered by the grand jury which rendered 7 of the 11 indicted cases.  The law enforcement agencies filing cases were as follows:
