The Library Class of the First United Methodist Church will start the study of the The Shack, a book by Wm. Paul Young Sunday Feb.21, 2010. We will meet upstairs at the Family Life Center at 9:30am until 10:20 am.
Dr. Tom Talbert will be leading the study he is setting up the study so it is not required that you've read the book. The first Sunday the study will start with a video which is a talk by the author. You do not have to be a member of this class to attend this study or any study that we do.
The Library Class is sending an open invitation to the community to come and join us . We are looking forward to this study and looking forward to having you join us.
As a note of interest, Perkins at SMU in Dallas will be presenting a panel discussion of The Shack at the annual laity week in March.
