Forerunner Christian Academy’s PTO is pleased to announce Teacher of the Month for January~Mrs. Cindy Etheridge! Mrs. Etheridge teaches Kindergarten at FCA.

Mrs. Etheridge is married and has a grown daughter as well as a 3rd grade son attending Forerunner Christian Academy. Her character can be summed up by her favorite Bible verse: 1 Corinthians 10:31 “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”

Once a month in Chapel, Kindergarten thru 12th grade students vote on who they believe should be given this honor. Each student anonymously writes a name of a teacher of their choosing and their reason why that teacher should be named FCA Teacher of the Month.

Each child’s reasons for voting for that particular teacher are read aloud during the announcement ceremony. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to practice honoring and respecting their teachers and elders.
