The Tom Bean City staff wants to wish all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!  Offices will be closed December 24th and 25th for the staff to enjoy this time off with their loved ones. 

The mayor and city secretary will be working hard to complete the application back to the Office of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant by January 15, 2010 of which the city is expecting to receive a minimum of $20,000. 

2010 will be an exciting year for our city. City officers and employees hope that the citizens will see the good works that are being done by the city staff.
