Mr. and Mrs. Ed Smith are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Mollie Elizabeth to Brit Lawrence, son of Dr. Larry Lawrence of Bonham and Ms. Doris Lawrence of Lubbock.

Miss Smith is a graduate of Bells High School and the University of North Texas with a BBA in marketing/fashion merchandising where she was a member of the sorority, Pi Beta Phi. 

Dr. Lawrence graduated from Bonham High School, The University of Texas at Austin, and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine, and is a physician for Covenant Health System in Lubbock. 

A January wedding is planned in Laguna Beach, California.
