Specifically For The Following:

1. Call to order and establish quorum

2. EXECUTIVE SESSION pursuant to 551.074 of the Government Code to discuss personnel matters

3. Consideration and action with regard to personnel matters discussed during Executive Session

4. Approve bond for newly appointed Constable, Precinct 3 - Ira L. Hicks

5. Swearing-in of Ira L. Hicks as Constable, Precinct 3

6. Adjourn and attend reception for Constable Ira L. Hicks scheduled for 11:30 a.m. November 16, 2009 in Grand Jury Room, Courthouse, Bonham, Texas
