TAKE NOTICE THAT A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE FANNIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL BE HELD IN THE FANNIN COUNTY COURTROOM FANNIN COUNTY COURTHOUSE BONHAM, TEXAS THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2009 8:30 A.M.

Specifically for the following:

1. Call to order and establish quorum

2. EXECUTIVE SESSION pursuant to Sec. 551.074 of the Government Code to discuss personnel matters

3. Possible action with regard to personnel matter(s) discussed during Executive Session

4. Adjourn
