15. Consideration and action authorizing the filing of a grant application with the Texoma Council of Governments for a Regional Solid Waste Grant for disposal of tires at Precinct 1

16. Consideration and action to waive six (6) month requirement for vacation time for employee of Criminal District Attorney’s Office who has requested vacation time at five and one-half (5 ½ ) months

17. Consideration and action to approve the award of the Culvert bid for all precincts

Discussion, consideration and action to approve the increase of the competitive bidding procedure to be required on any purchase likely to equal or exceed $50,000 pursuant to passing of House Bill 987 by the State of Texas 81st Legislature and approve the changes in the Fannin County Purchasing Manual pursuant to this change

19. Consideration and action to approve the surplus of the Safe/Vault that was removed from the Tax assessor’s Office to be placed on the Online auction through Lonestar Auctioneers

20. Consideration and action to approve the Interlocal Agreement with the Texas Department of Public Safety for purchase of materials and supplies related to crime investigation and approve the County Judge to sign on behalf of Fannin County
