From India, to Asia, to Indonesia, Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck offers a menu with tastes of spices and seasonings from around the world.  With a myriad of flavors unfolding on your palette, Five Sixty invites diners to experience another global adventure with pairings from their extensive wine list.

With 50 varietals and 325 labels, aficionados will appreciate the vast selection of wines from Austria, Argentina, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and New Zealand, with an abundant presence of American producers.  Encased in a custom-designed, circular wine cabinet that runs the length of the restaurant’s rotund center, each bottle is held by a single, stainless steel bracket, giving the appearance that the bottle is suspended in air.

Choosing a wine that complements the intricacies of a dish can be a difficult task, so Five Sixty has provided wine pairing suggestions for a few of their signature dishes.

For those looking to relax after work or perhaps enjoy a lighter fare, Five Sixty’s bar and lounge is ideal.  An illuminated rotating bar and lounge seating area on the outer ring of the restaurant provides 360 degree views of the city’s skyline, while the stationary bar at the restaurant’s center allows people-watchers to take in the view of diners making the rounds.

The flamed-granite sushi and robata station beautifully presents diners with the freshest dishes, including Tempura Shrimp & Crab Roll, Negi-Hama Roll, Tai Snapper Sashimi & Seaweed Salad and Seared Japanese Hamachi Sashimi with pickled jalapeno-citrus ponzu, which is wonderfully complemented with Five Sixty’s impressive Sake list.
