Fannin County Sheriff's Office makes narcotics arrests

On May 30, 2009, the Fannin County Sheriff’s Office executed a “No-Knock” search warrant at a residence located on FM 896 in the Valley Creek Area north of Leonard. This particular location had been under surveillance due to the reported illegal activity at the residence.

Three suspects were arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Felon (2 counts), Possession of Marijuana (3 counts), Possession of Prohibited Weapons (1 count),) and Conspiracy to Engage in Organized Criminal Activity (3 counts). Approximately $3,000 was seized from the arrested individuals, along with 3 pistols. 

The arrested suspects are:

Trenton Paul Millett 29-year-old male - $18,000.00 Bond -  In Custody

Shelly Lynn Millett 30-year-old female -  $1,500.00 Bond - Out on Bond

Joshua Dylyy Bush 29-year-old male  -  $8,000.00 Bond  - Out on Bond
