TAKE NOTICE THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE FANNIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL BE HELD IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM FANNIN COUNTY COURTHOUSE BONHAM, TEXAS MONDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2009 9:00 A.M.

15. Discussion, Consideration and action to purchase three Zebra TLP 2844-Z barcode labelers or equivalent at the approximate cost of $580 per labeler out of the County Records Management and Preservation Fund for the use with the Odyssey system, total approximate cost of $1,740
16. Discussion, consideration and action to purchase seven Symbol LS-4208 barcode scanners with stands or equivalent at the approximate cost of $312 per unit out of the County Records Management and Preservation Fund, total approximate cost of $2,184
17. Discussion, consideration and action to approve installation and building of a wall from the District Clerk’s Office to the District Clerk’s File Room, approximate cost $2,550
