TAKE NOTICE THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE FANNIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL BE HELD IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM FANNIN COUNTY COURTHOUSE BONHAM, TEXAS Monday, JANUARY 26, 2009 9:00 A.M.

4. Consideration and action to approve Proclamation declaring February 6, 2009 as National Wear Red Day in Fannin County

5. Discussion, consideration and action to approve Order Establishing a
County-wide Burn Ban for Fannin County

6. Discussion concerning recent jail inspection

7. Update, discussion, consideration and possible action regarding courthouse site survey and geotechnical survey

8. Discussion, consideration and action regarding Escrow Agreement for
funding of public animal shelter and approving County Judge to sign Escrow Agreement on behalf of Fannin County

9. Discussion, consideration and action to approve the purchase of a mobile radio unit for Precinct 3 Constable out of Commissioner Precinct 3 budget

10. Consideration and action to approve purchase of equipment for JP 1 out of the Technology Fund

11. Consideration and action to approve Interlocal Cooperation Contracts between Fannin County Precinct 1 and Savoy ISD, City of Savoy, Ector ISD, City of Ector, and the Town of Ravenna
