A resident of Southmayd on Willow Ridge reported to Deputy Joe Ross that sometime during the night someone broke out the back window of his vehicle while it was parked in the driveway. Unknown exactly when it occurred and estimated the dame at over $300.00.
Deputy Joe Ross received a call of a reckless driver northbound Hwy-75 near Park Street south of Sherman. Grayson County Dispatch advised the black Dodge truck according to witness said the truck drove off into the median and forced several other vehicles to the shoulder. Deputy Ross said he observed the vehicle make two lane changes between other vehicles without a signal and in an unsafe manner. He activated his emergency lights and siren and the suspect vehicle pulled to the shoulder just past Travis Street still northbound on Hwy-75. The man driving was identified as Billy Ray Wilson, 38-year-old male of Howe, and was placed under arrest because his license came back as suspended. Mr. Wilson was arrested and taken to the Grayson County Jail for Driving While License Invalid.
Deputy John Pearson received a call on Cedar Road near Luella on a Burglary of a Building Report. The homeowner discovered his unlocked storage shed next to his residence had been entered and over $400.00 of tack was taken.
