TAKE NOTICE THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE FANNIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL BE HELD IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM FANNIN COUNTY COURTHOUSE BONHAM, TEXAS Monday, JANUARY 12, 2009 9:00 A.M.

5. Consideration and action to approve passing a Resolution authorizing:
A. The execution of a Project Agreement with USDA/NRCS for the receipt of $1,430,150 in Disaster Related Grant Funds
B. The submission of an Application to the Office of Rural Community Affairs requesting grant funds from the Disaster Relief Fund of the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program (TxCDBG)
C. The specific use for which the grant funds may be used
D. County Judge to execute all documents in conjunction with the Application and Project Agreement with USDA/NRCS
