WINKLER-SCHOECH
Cody Winkler and Jennifer Schoech were married Saturday, November 16, 2002, at 6 p.m. at Walnut Ridge Baptist Church in Mansfield Texas, with Randy Weeaks officiating.
The bride's maid of honor was Adrienne Schoech, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Kim Zwick, cousin of the bride, Stevie Lockwood and Nichole Rodgers, friends of the bride. They wore two-piece strapless wine Mori Lee dresses with matching tulle shawls and carried hand-tied gold mini calle lilies, terra cotta and wine roses. Flower girl was Savannah Wilson, cousin of the bride. Other attendants were Stephanie Fincher, Leslie Cooley, Danna Freeman and Kelly Goudy.
The best man was Jayme Crow, cousin of the groom. Groomsmen were Lee Moomaw and Ben Bearden, friends of the groom, and Justin Flowers, nephew of the groom. Ring bearer was Jackson Francis, cousin of the bride. Ushers were Nathan Cooley and Vaughn Zwick, cousins of the bride.
The bride's wedding dress was an ivory two-piece strapless corset-back, Moonlight Design, with a cathedral train. The bodice was designed with pearls and sequins. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of calle lilies and cream roses.
During the ceremony, Jet Jones, pianist, and Summer Allen, violinist, played special music. Lisa Francis, Patti Steele, and Angie Wilson sang selected songs.
The church was decorated with wrought iron candelabras, fall flower arrangements, ferns and many pillar candles. The reception was held at Walnut Creek Country Club in Mansfield. The banquet room was decorated in a fall theme with candlelight. Guests were entertained with a buffet dinner and dancing, provided by D&J disc jockey services. Wayne Wrobliski sang "When You Say Nothing at All" for the couple's first dance. The rehearsal dinner was held Friday night, November 15 at Pappasito's in Arlington.
After their honeymoon in Playa del Carmen, the couple now resides in DeSoto, Texas.
