John Farris, Bonham Rotary's club President Elect for the year 2009-2010, invited guest speaker Dennis McCuistion to address the Bonham Rotary Club.   Mr. McCuistion, a Rotarian himself, spoke on "Out of Order: Broke."  

Dennis McCuistion is a nationally recognized speaker, consultant, author and educator.  He is a recovering bank CEO and board member, and the author of three books, including The Prevention and Collection of Problem Loans.  He also named three books to read which are Crash Proof - Peter Schiff & John Downes, Confessions of a Subprime Lender - Richard Bitner and A Demon of Our Own Design - Richard Bookstaber
 
Many of you know him as the host of the nationally syndicated McCUISTION program on PBS.  Since 1990 it has aired each week here in North Texas at noon on Sundays on Channel 13.  He has interviewed hundreds of talented individuals including the inventor of the World Wide Web and the Father of the Internet (and he assures me that neither was Al Gore.)  Go to www.frtv.org to see some of the programs.
 
In the last four years he has traveled to Chain, has been to Baghdad and he has served on three publicly traded corporate boards and their Audit Committees.  Which has been most dangerous?  Finally, Dennis' lifelong concern has been the growth of government and its debt which has now led to the biggest credit crisis of our life.  He also shared his insights on what happened and why, and then explain we can be a part of the solution.
