Savoy Lady Cards pick up big win over Bells

The Savoy Lady Cardinals swept the Bells Lady Panthers 25-22, 25-5, 25-16 on Tuesday in Savoy. Leading the Cards were Marquin Malone with 11 kills, Bailey McGehee with 7 kills, Ashley Harrison with 16 service points and Destiny Moore with 15 assists and 14 service points. 

The Lady Cardinals picked up a tight win in the back and forth first game, before taking over in the second and third games.  The Lady Cards picked up the first 11 points of game 2 before taking it in a rout, 25-5. 

In Game 3, the Lady Cards came storming back from an early deficit to cap the evening off with a 25-16 victory, picking up the 3-0 sweep.  The Lady Cards will be back in action on Friday at Roxton.

The Savoy Lady Cardinals JV fell to the Bells Lady Panther JV with scores of 11-25, 26-24, 21-25.
