Call to Order and Invocation
1. Minutes of the April 14th, 21st, and 25th meetings. (Pgs 1-5)
2. Financial report for month ending April 30, 2008. (Separate document)
3. 4. Hold public hearing and consider and take action on ordinance for a specific use permit at 200 West Fifth Street to allow commercial outdoor entertainment and amusement activities in a ‘B’ General Business District. (Pgs 6-7)
