This will be a fantastically fun evening for a Great Cause!

Wear your Denims or your Diamonds, but don’t miss this “Funnest” Night of All!  It will not only be fun, but it will help brighten up the square this Christmas Season and many more to come.

There will be Blackjack, Roulette, Texas Hold-em, and Crap tables to try your luck on, and there will be enough to accommodate 300 people or more if sales warrant.  There will also be plenty of food available from Cappy’s Catering,  some great Country music by Troy Ashby & The County Line Band, 

Shumardii’s Steakhouse Restaurant & Bar will provide a “cash bar” for your enjoyment. 

The evening will begin with food, games, and libations.  We will have a Silent Auction & a Live Auction of some great prizes we are lining up including a trip to Las Vegas, a Sanyo 26” LCDHDTV, a diamond ring, a diamond necklace, golf packages, casino packages, and much, much more.   There will be some great prizes available from your winnings at the table as well.  You will even be able to pick the prize you want to win most and put all your chip vouchers in that bowl to increase your chances of winning it. 

There will be entertainment throughout the evening by Troy Ashby and the County Line Band for your listening or dancing pleasure.  Of course there will also be plenty of Networking going on throughout the evening.

Tickets will be $40 each in advance or $50 each at the door.  Tickets will include $1,000 worth of chips to enjoy the games.  You can buy 1,000 extra chips for a $25 donation or 3,000 extra chips for a $50 donation or $8,000 in Chips for $100.

The event is open to the public and promises to be great fun and rewarding.  There will be plenty of activities going on throughout the evening for those that get tired of playing the games.  We promise to make this one of the most entertaining evenings you have had in a while.  And, it is all for a great cause as proceeds from the event will be used to upgrade the Christmas Decorations around the square.

Yes, your business can get lots of notice and assist a great cause by sponsoring one or more of the Game Tables throughout the evening.  There will be Full Table Sponsorships, Half Table Sponsorships, and Multiple Table Sponsorships available to accommodate every size business.  If sales permit, there will be 20 Black Jack Tables, 3 Hold-em Tables, 2 Roulette, and 2 Crap Tables available to sponsor.  You can choose your type of tables as long as they last.

A Full Table Sponsorship cost $350 and comes with 4 tickets, $4,000 in chips and 4 complimentary drinks.  Half Table  Sponsorships cost $175 and comes with 2 tickets, $2,000 in chips and 2 complimentary drinks.  If you choose to sponsor more than one table you get the above for each table plus 2 more drinks and $1,000 in extra chips for each extra table you purchase.  Table Sponsorships will be on a first-come-first-served basis and are limited to the number of tables we deem necessary to handle the crowd we have attending.
