Lindsay girls defeat Trenton, 3-0

Despite a 10-kill match by Trenton's Hillary Baugh, the Lindsay Lady Knights continued their streak of solid play with a three-game win over the Lady Tigers. Lindsay started stong, taking the first game 25-12. Trenton played well in game two, but Lindsay prevailed 25-21. The Lady Knights were impressive in a 25-14 win in game three that gave Lindsay the sweep. Lindsay def. Trenton 25-12, 25-21, 25-14 Trenton (11-9, 3-3 District 13-1A) (Kills-Aces-Blocks) Marla Frazier 5-2-0, Joyce Garrison 0-1-3, Ashley Smith 3-0-2, Hillary Baugh 10-4-2, Casey Beezley 4-1-0, Shelby Proctor 0-0-1. Totals: 22-8-4.5. Marla Frazier had 34 assists for the Lady Tigers.
