Bonham - Graveside services for Mr. Jerry Dean Skogen age 50, of Bonham will be held at 1:30PM Wednesday, October 10, 2007 DFW National Cemetery in Dallas Tx. Lane B.   

Mr. Skogen passed away Thursday, October 4, 2007 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison. He was born on August 12 1957 in Hettinger, North Dakota, the son of Francis Dean and Alvina Barth Skogen. Mr. Skogen served in the US Army, and was a self-employed carpenter contractor.

Surviving are his Mother and stepfather Alvina and Ken Carter of Hendrix, Ok.; Father - Francis Skogen of Denison, Tx.; Sons - Chris Hansen of Ft. Hood Tx., Mike Hansen of McKinney, Tx.; Brothers - John and wife Cindy Skogen of Bonham Tx., Joe Skogen of Collinsville, Tx; Nephew - Jeremy Skogen and wife Nikki of Anna Tx., Nieces - Jennifer Heath and husband Jeff of Savoy, Tx., Amanda Avery and husband Shane of Ivanhoe Tx,. Tina Jackson and husband Carl of Colbert, Ok.
