Taste of the nation raises $90,000

Share Our Strength's Taste of the Nation, held recently in the climate-controlled service garage at Park Place Motorcars Dallas, raised more than $90,000 to benefit the North Texas Food Bank and the Wilkinson Center.

More than 50 of the city's top chefs and finest restaurants participated with tastings, including The Mansion on Turtle Creek, Sambuca, Central 214, Fuse, La Duni, N9NE Steakhouse, Nove Italiano, Paciugo Gelato, Bice, Mozzarella Company, The Oceanaire Seafood Room, Trece, Sushi Samba Dallas, Capital Grille, Kenichi, Grill on the Alley and Ferré Restaurante.

Share Our Strength's Taste of the Nation is the country's largest and finest culinary benefit supporting the effort to end childhood hunger in America. Since 1988, Taste of the Nation has raised more than $70 million nationwide.
