Bonham Police report the arrest of a 31-year-old man, charging him with the offense of "Improper Photography or Visual Recording," which by statute is a State Jail Felony.

An investigation revealed the suspect installed a hidden camera in a spot near the bathtub in his home and offered the complaintant the opportunity to take a bath.  The complaintant was unaware of the camera or that she was being filmed.

Once the victim found out about the existance of the video, she contacted the police.

Arraignment for the suspect should take place June 12.
