The 2006 District Champion Van Alstyne Panthers lost some key players last year in Clayton Malloy and Shawn Ablett, but don’t count them out just yet for ’07. Early in the season, Pilot Point started out at 2-0, but they dropped 5 in a row before they got their 3rd win. They hope to end their current 3 game loosing streak tonight against Whitesboro.
The Purple Warriors have a tough game tonight against Celina, and they still have to play Prosper. It will be a good test for them as they too will finish out their season next week.
