David was born on March 12, 1959 in Lane, Oklahoma the son of Earl Waller Jr & Mary Guffy McKay.  He married Vickey Hamby on December 22, 1999 in Clear Water Beach, Fl.  

He is survived by mother Mary McKay & step father Thomas McKay of Elwood, Texas; wife Vickey Waller of Bonham, Tx.; son Dave Rakowitz of Russellville, Ark.; son Micky Waller of Bartlesville, Ok.; step daughter Autum Marshall of Denison, Tx.; brothers Clyde & Donnie Waller of Stuart, Ok. & Tommy Waller of Caddo, Ok.; sister Lucille Kellum of Van Alstyne, Tx.

Preceded in death by father Earl Waller, step daughter Tiffany Marshall & brother Billy Waller.

Memorial services will be held 2PM Saturday, May 6, 2006 at the mother's home in Elwood, Texas, 2753 CR 2125.  Mr. David Hicks will officiate.
