Arbuckle:  July 25. Elevation normal, water 87 and clear.  Except for early and late all fishing is slow.  Report submitted by Jack Melton

Blue River: August 2. Elevation normal, water 82 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on minnows and spinnerbait. Channel catfish fair on liver and worms. Report submitted by Charles Baker, technician at Blue River Public Fishing and Hunting Area.

Broken Bow: August 2. All fishing slow. Report submitted by Steve Lumpkin, state park ranger.

Eufaula: August 1. Elevation 2 1/2 ft. below normal and clear. Largemouth bass fair on Carolina rigs at 6-8 ft. off points. White bass good on slab spoons at 8-20 ft. drifting the flats. Crappie fair on jigs at 10-20 ft. under bridges. Report submitted Ed Rodebush, state game warden stationed in McIntosh County.

Hugo: July 13. Elevation normal, water 84 and murky. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits 3-5 ft. off points. Channel catfish fair on liver on the bottom. Crappie fair on minnows 14-16 ft. off the river channels. Report submitted by Wendell Smalling, state game warden stationed in Choctaw County.

Konawa: August 3. All fishing slow. Report submitted by Daryl Howser, state game warden stationed in Seminole County.

McGee Creek: August 1. Elevation 1 1/2 ft. below normal, water 88 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on soft plastic lures at 16-24 ft. Channel catfish fair on juglines baited with sunfish along riprap. Crappie fair on minnows around cedar brush.  Report submitted by Larry Luman, state game warden stationed in Atoka County.

Lower Mountain Fork River: August 3. Trout poor during the day with some action during the early morning and late evening hours. Night time is a good time to fish this time of year.A multitude of flies have been working like various soft hackles, midges, pheasant tails, copper johns and wooly bugger. Report submitted by Sid and Peggy, Beavers Bend Fly Shop.

Murray: June 29. Elevation 1 ½ ft. below normal, water 87 and clear. Largemouth bass fair. Catfish good on juglines in coves. Perch good on worms at fishing docks. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Lake Murray Fishing Marina.

Pine Creek: August 3.Catfish are great in creek channels on minnows on Yo-Yo's.  Bass fair in deeper water on crankbaits and jig and pigs.  Crappie fair around brush on minnows.  Angler's have reported catching large numbers of large sunfish on red worms in the late evening around brush and rock piles.  Report Submitted by Mark Hannah, sate game warden stationed in McCurtain County.

Robert S. Kerr: August 2. Elevation normal, water 88 and murky. Largemouth bass slow at 8-10 ft. on plastic baits fishing the deeper water next to any structure. Crappie fair at 10-12 ft. on minnows fishing the old creek channels. White bass fair surface to 10 ft. on shad imitation lures fishing in the Applegate Cove and Short management areas. Blue and flathead catfish fair at 20-30 ft. using live bait and fresh cut bait fishing the old Arkansas River channel. Sauger and walleye fair at 6-8 ft. using minnows and small live shad fishing at the mouth of the Illinois River. Report submitted by Rick Olzawski, state game warden stationed in Haskell County.

Sardis Lake: July 20. Elevation below normal and clear. Largemouth bass good on top water and crankbaits. Channel catfish fair on cut bait. Report submitted by Allen Couch, state game warden stationed in Pushmataha.

Texoma: August 1. Elevation 5 1/2 ft. below normal, water 85 and clear. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits at 5-10 ft. around structure. White bass good on top water lures on surface to 10 ft. Channel and blue catfish good on  cut bait at 5-10 ft. in Washita River Arm. Crappie fair on minnows at 5-10 ft. in Rock Creek Report submitted by Danny Clubb, state game warden stationed in Bryan County.  

Wister: August 1. Elevation 3/4 ft. below normal, water 89 and murky. Largemouth bass fair off rocky points at 6-12 ft. on crawdad colored crankbaits at dawn or first couple of hours in the morning. Channel catfish good on whole shad around the Victor area. All other fishing has been slow.  Report submitted by D.G. Belcher, state game warden stationed in Leflore and Latimer counties.
