Legal document retrieval company begins nat’l expansion with a work center here

Phoenix company, ProDox, a leader in professional document retrieval in the Southwest, has announced plans to begin implementation of a strategy for national expansion, beginning with the development of a new work center in the Melissa/Bonham, Texas area. ProDox will host a Job Fair on Friday, May 16 from 3:00 p.m.  to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday, May 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the City of Melissa Municipal Center, 901 State Highway 121, Melissa, TX  75454.

Individuals who may be interested in employment opportunities with ProDox are encouraged to attend, bring their resumes, and meet the management team. The company intends to open the new work center sometime in the third quarter of 2008.

“We are excited about the opportunity to expand in this area,” says Bill Sparks, President of ProDox.  “We feel that there is a strong pool of qualified candidates with great potential in this market. We are looking forward to partnering with the people in this area to grow our business nationally.”

This partnership is being built even now with the help of Julia (Culling) Crook, local resident and 1988 graduate of Leonard High School. Sparks and his management team identified Crook as a strong candidate to help launch the expansion project when she attended the company’s first job fair in Bonham, Texas on April 26, 2008.

After spending two days in the ProDox corporate office in Arizona, Crook had this to say, "The management team of ProDox has a great vision.  It is very exciting to be a part of something that will enable our residents to be employed by a company expanding nationally in a growing industry.”

Crook is now working with ProDox as a consultant to make the Melissa Job Fair a success and will likely play an active role in the expansion project.  She brings 15+ years of Operations Management experience to the table.

“What we could see about Julia right away was that she embodies the same ‘employees first’ philosophy that we are committed to from the top down at our company,” says Heather Dowling, Operations Manager for ProDox.

Crook echoes this sentiment. “The executive team has a value-based philosophy, is employee focused, and committed to their people.  I have never seen a group of employees so bought in to the vision of the company and part of the process as those at ProDox.  To be able to bring something like that to our community is extremely rewarding."
