PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING TAKE NOTICE THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE FANNIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL BE HELD IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM, FANNIN COUNTY COURTHOUSE, BONHAM, TEXAS on MONDAY, MAY 12, 2008 at 9:00 A.M. To consider any lawful subjects which come before it, Including the following: 1. Invocation 2. Public Forum 3. Approve minutes of previous meeting 4. Presentation concerning donation by Fannin Bank of former bank building and property located in Windom, Texas 5. Consideration and action to approve Lease Agreement between Fannin County and the City of Bonham regarding lease of county property for purpose of Fannin County Sports Complex, and authorize County Judge to sign documentation on behalf of Fannin County 6. Consideration and action to approve the Investment policy of Fannin County Commissioners Court – Mike Tower 7. Consideration and action regarding budget amendment for Sheriff’s Office 2007-2008 budget 8. Discussion concerning possible amendment of Order with TCEQ OSSF Rules minimum acreage sizes to reflect Fannin County Subdivision Regulations 9. Discussion concerning possible amendment to TCEQ OSSF Rules regarding Aerobic Maintenance by homeowner by taking and passing TOWA’s Basic Maintenance Provider 16-hour course in lieu of being certified by the manufacturer and having a Class D Waste Water License or contracting with a Licensed Maintenance Provider since effective 9/1/08 TCEQ will no longer allow a Class D to operate as a Maintenance Provider. 10. Consideration and action to approve Resolution in support of county increase its competitive bid purchase limit from $25,000 to $50,000 11. Consideration and action to approve Resolution in support of Texoma Regional Public Safety Interoperable Communications Project 12. Discussion concerning the opening of a county road off of CR 2275 in Telephone, Texas – Matt and Angel Titsworth 13. Discussion concerning the removal of a trash pile on said public Road off of CR 2275 - Matt and Angel Titsworth 14. Consideration and action to approve placement of money received from insurance settlement due to wrecked vehicle as payment towards existing vehicle loan for Sheriff’s Department 15. Consideration and action to approve Treasurer’s report 16. Consideration and action to approve Auditor’s report(s) for April, 2008 17. Consideration and action to approve and pay bills 18.
