Deputy Charles Motley received a call of a burglary on Skaggs Road near Whitewright.  The owner of the residence was contacted by the realtor who was checking on the house found the back door had been kicked in.  Taken was an inside AC Unit, copper pipe, and copper wire.  Evidence was collected at the scene.

A resident on Tate Circle near Howe advised Deputy John Pearson that someone had taken their mailbox and wooden post sometime Saturday evening or Sunday morning.  The mailbox was shaped in a John Deere Tractor fashion and was unsure if any mail was in the box at the time of the theft.  It was valued at $40.00

An inspector for HUD homes discovered a residence had been entered on Old Ida Road near Sherman and a Dishwasher had been removed from the residence.  The dishwasher was valued at $300.00.

Deputy Tony Thomas and Cpl. Ryan Miller received a call of an under-age drinking party going on at Big Mineral Road just east of FM-902 near Gordonville.  When deputies pulled down into the field, all present ran toward a barn.  Upon securing both entrance and exits, the deputies entered and had the teens ranging from 15-years of age to 18-years of age sit on the floor and began identifying each one. Citations for Minor in Possession of Alcohol were issued to the 10 youth and one was also issued a citation for Minor in Consumption. The youth were from Whitesboro, Lindsey, Gainesville and Sadler areas.

Cpl. Ryan Miller received a call from a resident in Simmons Shores north of Pottsboro that he heard shots being fired near his residence.  Upon arrival to the mans residence they discovered the back windshield of his vehicle shattered.  The vehicle was parked in the driveway and a wooden stick with glass fragments on it was laying beside his vehicle.  The complainant said he did not see anyone near his vehicle.

A resident off of Mayes Road east of Sherman reported to Deputy Charles Motley that someone had entered the home while they were away for a short time.  The front door had been kicked in to gain entry.  The only thing that could be discovered missing was $20.00 in lottery tickets.  Evidence was collected at the scene and is still under investigation.

A resident east of Denison reported to Deputy Charles Motley that they found a 6-year old girl in their yard crying.  The homeowner talked to the little girl and asked where she lived and the girl replied she did not know because she just moved in.  Before Deputy Motley arrived, dispatch advised him that the little girls father had already picked the child up and was back at home.  Deputy Motley talked with the father and little girl.  The father said they were outside in the front yard and he went inside to get something, and when he returned, she was gone.  He searched the property, then went down the road and located her down the road from the residence.  She went for a walk and got turned around.

An employee of Grayson Collin Electrical Coop reported to Deputy Joe Ross that at 3 separate locations, someone over the weekend removed over 4,800 feet of Copper Wire weighing a total of 378 pounds at an estimated value of $1,650.00.
