Kimbell Art Museum presents a children's workshop: Elastic Portraits

FORT WORTH—Stretch, twist, and shake up your imagination at the Kimbell Art Museum on Saturday, June 23, from 10 a.m. to noon, at a Children’s Workshop focusing on the special exhibition The Mirror and the Mask: Portraiture in the Age of Picasso. During this two-hour program, participants will learn how modern portraits express ideas about ourselves, our friends, and the world around us.

Designed for children ages 6 to 14, Children’s Workshops combine interactive gallery discussions and hands-on activities for children and their parents. The materials fee for the workshop is $15 ($12 for Museum members); there is no charge for parents. Maximum of three children per adult.
