Model homes from the $200s
by Beazer and Ashton Woods ready now

McKINNEY -- July 29, 2014 -- Castle Hill Partners recently announced its builders for the first phase of Trinity Falls (http://www.trinityfalls.com). Trinity Falls is a new 1,700-acre premier master-planned community located in McKinney, Texas and is situated along the East Fork of the Trinity River.  The featured builders are both highly acclaimed national builders, Beazer Homes and Ashton Woods. Model homes are now open and initial homes are priced from the $200s, filling in a market gap that homebuyers want.

“We are excited to bring these top builders to Trinity Falls,” said Leisha Ehlert, Investment Manager for Castle Hill Partners, the developer of the community.  “Both builders are recognized for their high quality homes promoting energy-efficiency, flexible floor plans and remarkable design; all vital parts of building a better home for growing families.

Phase 1 will include 238 single-family residential homes, and will feature amenities such as a residents-only clubhouse, open air pavilion with oversized fireplace, spacious event lawn as well as a beach entry pool and kids splash area. Neighborhood parks include a tricycle race track and council ring as well as hike and bike trails throughout.

With nearly two miles of frontage on the East Fork of the Trinity River and over 450 acres of open space planned, Trinity Falls will feature a park system unrivaled by any other Master Plan in the DFW market. Backed by an $11 million endowment from the B.B. Owen Trust, amenities planned for the Trinity Falls Park include miles of nature and interpretive trails; hike and bike facilities; an amphitheater; athletic fields; multiple outdoor gathering spaces as well as playgrounds, picnic areas and a series of recreational lakes for fishing, boating and canoeing.

Plans also include three McKinney ISD elementary schools on-site as well as retail and commercial components.  At full build-out Trinity Falls will feature approximately 4,200 home sites.

Trinity Falls, located just north of the DFW Metroplex and only minutes from the intersection of Central Expressway and Highway 380, will be the newest and one of the largest master-planned developments in McKinney, Texas.  The community is situated along the East Fork of the Trinity River, which runs the entire length of the site’s eastern edge.
