The Japan-America Society of Dallas/Fort Worth invites you to experience the New Year’s traditions of Japan at this family-friendly festival.

Highlights include taiko drumming, Japanese folk dance, kimono demonstration, and ikebana (flower arranging). Watch rice being pounded for mochi (rice cakes), a treat you can sample with various toppings.

Try your hand at calligraphy, origami, and traditional games for children.  Fun for all ages!
