If you are retired or thinking about retirement, you may have a number of financial concerns that are bothering you. Jim Salling, Retirement Income Strategist and owner of Independent Financial Service Center in Denison will speak about “Finances After Retirement” at the next Partners in Education (P.I.E.) meeting, Tuesday, October 15.
This free educational program will address questions such as; when should you retire; how do you maximize your SS benefits; will inflation steal your dreams; will you have dignity and independence; can you say “no” to children and grandchildren; and how will you pay for long term care?
Salling has spent the last 25 years working with retirees to increase their income, reduce their taxes and pass their legacy on to the next generation or favorite charities.
The program will be held in the Eisenhower room at the Texoma Council of Governments building, 1117 Gallagher Street in Sherman from 12:05 p.m. until 12:50 p.m.
Complimentary pie and coffee will be served at the seminar and you are welcome to bring a “brown bag” lunch.
P.I.E. programs are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month. The series is free and offered as a public service to anyone interested. For more information call either Joyce White from the Texas A&M
