Several area volunteer fire departments and law enforcement officers responded to the scene to find a large two-story house which was completely engulfed in flames. Two vehicles belonging to the homeowners were near the residence and one of those was also burning.
Law enforcement officers and firefighters checked the surrounding area to look for occupants who might have made it outside the burning home, but could not locate anyone.
