TAKE NOTICE THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE FANNIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL BE HELD IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM FANNIN COUNTY COURTHOUSE BONHAM, TEXAS MONDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2010 - 9:00 A.M.

6. Discussion, consideration and action for District Clerk’s Office to purchase 3 computer systems at $813.00 each for a total cost not to exceed $2,500.00. Funds to be moved from the microfilming line item 10-450-437 into the computer equipment line item 10-450-574
7. Discussion, consideration and action for District Clerk’s office to purchase a Sony UPX-C300 Digital Passport ID System out of 10-450-313 passport photo line item. Cost not to exceed $900.00.
8. Discussion, consideration and action pertaining to CR 2175 including rocking, cleaning out ditches so water will not stand and drain cemetery which is under water – Jim McCabe
9. Discussion, consideration and action pertaining to CR 2175 with regard to cleaning out gutters and ditches – Onita Salsberg
10. Consideration and action to approve to proceed with the sale of an abandoned vehicle (2008 Suzuki XL7 SUV), all notifications and the 90 day date of notice expired December 14, 2009
11. Consideration and action to approve the sale of the JVC TK-1270U Mug Shot Camera to Smith County in the amount of $150.00. Camera is not compatible with Odyssey
12. Consideration and action for approval of payment to Orchid Cellmark in the amount of $7,580.00.
