Bonham ISD will be sponsoring a flu shot clinic with the Texas Department of State Health Services on February 10, 2010 from 9:30 until 11:30 AM at the Bonham High School and Finley Oates campuses.  They will also be at the L. H. Rather and I. W. Evans campuses from 1:00 until 2:30 PM on February 10.  On February 11, 2010 they will be at the Head Start campus from 9:30 until 11:30 AM.

This is open to all community members that have not received either H1N1 or seasonal flu or both influenza immunizations this flu season.  There is no charge for the H1N1 and the regular flu shot is on a $10.00 donation basis for those that would like to make a donation.  No one will be turned away as long as we have vaccine.

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent, aunt or uncle, or sibling 18 or older.  If a friend or neighbor is to accompany your child, please write a note giving your child's name and the friend's name stating that they have permission to sign for your child.

If you have questions call (940) 665-6397.
