Myrtle B. Ford Harvey, a former resident of Fannin County, Texas, and now a resident of Porterville, Ca. will be 100 years old on January 1, 2010.
Myrtle was born in Orangeville, Texas, to Harvey J. and Cora Ryon Ford, on January 1, 1910. Myrtle married Albert Lee Harvey on July 11, 1926. They were both residents of the communities of Ely and Ector, Texas.

Albert Lee passed away in California at the age of 89 in 1993 and was the son of Benjamin Walker (Babe) and Rhoda Lambert Harvey, both residents of Ector, Texas. She and Albert Lee once lived in an old log cabin behind the Tom Graves home south of Ector, Texas on FM 898, in their young lives and other places around Ector and Ely communities.
In 1941, Albert Lee, Myrtle and their daughter, Thelma Jo Harvey Hill, and son, Benny Lee Harvey, moved to California and have resided there since leaving the Fannin County area.
Myrtle enjoys visiting with her children, Ben and Jan Harvey, her grandson, Mike Harvey and wife of Porterville, Ca. and her great-grandson, Zachary Harvey of Sun City, Ca.
Celebration of her birthday will be on New Years Day. The invitation is as follows:
