397th District Court

 

CHEATHAM, KANDEL

23, from Denison, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Enhanced- Cocaine and was sentenced to 12 years in prison.

 

SCOTT, GARY WAYNE

24, from Collinsville, pled guilty to Burglary of a Habitation, Forgery of a Financial Instrument – Enhanced and Theft over $1,500 – Enhanced and was sentenced to eight years in prison and a $1,500 fine.

 

PATTERSON, JURAL DEWAYNE

19, from Sherman, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to seven years in prison.

 

PHEA, IRA DEWAYNE

27, from Sherman, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance – Cocaine and Tampering with Evidence and was sentenced to five years in prison.

 

SELSOR, TODD WAYNE

40, from McKinney, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to Indecency with a Child and was sentenced by the judge to five years in prison and a $500 fine.

 

WILLIAMS, CECIL LEE

24, from Denison, pled guilty to Retaliation and was sentenced to five years prison and a $500 fine.

 

WORKMAN, CHASE DONALD

20, from Pottsboro, was sentenced to 18 months in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Burglary of a Building.

 

STOGER, MICHAEL WAYNE

24, from Sherman, pled guilty to Debit Card Abuse and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail.

 

ROBERTS, ANN MARIE

37, from Pottsboro, was sentenced to twelve months in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Theft Over $1,500.

 

PARKER, WILLIAM THOMAS

37, from Arlington, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance – Cocaine and was sentenced to seven months in state jail and a $500 fine.

 

VAILE, KATHLEEN MARIE

43, from Sherman, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to ten years prison, probated for ten years, and a $1,000 fine.  Vaile also pled guilty to Theft over $1,500 and was sentenced to two years state jail, probated for four months.

 

TURNER, LEROY DWAYNE

46, from Cartwright, was found guilty by a jury to seven counts of Criminal Non-Support and was sentenced by the jury to two years state jai, probated for five years, and a probated $10,000 fine.

 

 

HARGROVE, LATONYA NANETTE

28, from Sherwood Shores, pled guilty to Possession of Marijuana and was sentenced to two years, probated for five years, and a $500 fine.

 

REED, NITA FAYE

54, from Sherman, pled guilty to Theft Over $1,500 and was sentenced to two years state jail, probated for five years.

 

TITTLE, JIMMY DARRELL

26, from Gainesville, pled guilty to Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 18 months state jail, probated for three years, and a $1,000 fine.

 

SUSTARSIC, ARIELLA N

18, from Dallas, pled guilty to ten counts of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to eight years deferred adjudication probation and $1,500 fine on each.

 

TOWERY, JUSTIN WAYNE

25, from Whitehouse, TX, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and was sentenced by the judge to eight years deferred adjudication probation, and submit to the Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility as a condition of probation.

 

PROCTOR, AMANDA GAIL

34, from Sherman, pled guilty to Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation and a $500 fine.

 

CANTRELL, DUSTIN KYLE

20, from Pottsboro, pled guilty to Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication probation and a $500 fine.

 

SHERMAN, MATTHEW DAVID

28, from Pottsboro, pled guilty to Forgery of a Financial Instrument and was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication probation and a $750 fine.

 

59th District Court

 

MADDOX, ZARCON VOLCANIC

26, from Sherman, pled guilty to Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More and was sentenced to ten years in prison.  Maddox also pled guilty to Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle Enhanced and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

 

MOSS, STEPHEN RAY

57, from Denison, pled guilty to Driving While Intoxicated-3rd or More and was sentenced to eight years in prison.

 

MCKITTRICK, BRENT DALE

21, from Waco, was sentenced to 18 months in state jail for failing to comply with his probation previously granted for Possession of Marijuana over 4oz.

 

GABRIEL, JAMES DANIEL

37, from Sherman, was sentenced to six months in state jail for failing to comply with his deferred adjudication probation previously granted for Credit Card Abuse.

 

WHITMORE, JAMES

21, from Sherman, was sentenced to six months in jail for failing to comply with his probation previously granted for Credit Card Abuse.

 

NEWBY, JUSTIN

20, from Sherman, pled guilty to three counts of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated for five years, and a $1,000 fine.

 

MULLINS, DUSTIN RAY

23, from Sherman, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to two cases of Criminal Mischief over $1,500 and was sentenced by the judge to two years in state jail, probated for five years on each case, and a $1,000 fine.  Mullins also pled guilty to Theft Over $1,500 and was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated for five years.

 

LEWIS, DENNIS

46, from Denison, pled guilty to two cases of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation and a $1,000 fine.

 

JENNINGS, THANDNEL RAY

35, from Van Alstyne, pled guilty to Theft Over $20,000 and was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication probation and a $1,000 fine.

 

KRENEK, ROBIN RENE

40, from Fairfield, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance-Cocaine and was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication probation and a $1,000 fine.

 

NEWTON, BRITTANI

21, from Sherman, pled guilty to Credit Card Abuse and was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication probation and a $1,000 fine.

HUGHES, WILLIAM REED

48, from Valley View, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver - Methamphetamine and was sentenced to seven years in prison.

 

CAMPBELL, BRANDON WILL

29, from Minneapolis, MN, pled guilty to two counts of Failure to Appear and was sentenced to six years in prison and a $2000 fine.  Campbell also pled guilty to Possession of Marijuana and was sentenced to two years state jail.

 

SIMS, SWAFFORD

37, from Ft. Worth, was sentenced to six years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Injury to a Child.

 

ADDISON, KEVIN LAMAR

22, from Sherman, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to five years in prison.  Addison was sentenced to 14 months state jail for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Forgery of a Financial Instrument.

 

BROWN, ALVIN ROGER

53, from Sherman, pled guilty to Delivery of Marijuana – Enhanced and was sentenced to five years in prison.

 

HARRELL, EDDY

35, from Denison, was sentenced to four years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Forgery Government Financial Document.

 

 

HOPPER, BLAIN

37, from Ft. Worth, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to Driving While Intoxicated-3rd or More and was sentenced by the judge to three years in prison.

 

ALLEN, LONNI HAMMOND

29, from Tioga, was sentenced to three years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine.  Allen was also sentenced to one year in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Endangering a Child- Criminal Negligence

 

FROST, STEVEN

22, from Sherman, was sentenced to three years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Prohibited Substance in Correctional Facility-Marijuana. Frost also was sentenced to 18 months in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Possession of Marijuana Over 4oz.

 

FITZSIMMONS, PATRICK CRAWFORD

33, from Sherman, pled guilty of Possession of a Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 18 months state jail.

 

FLINN, ROGER

27, Denison, was sentenced to 18 months in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

 

BRIDGES, MATTHEW JOEL

22, from Whitewright, pled guilty to Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 15 months state jail.  Bridges was also sentenced to 15 months state jail for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Burglary of Building.

 

ANDREWS, JAMES TILLMAN

44, from Collinsville, was sentenced to 15 months state jail for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Theft of Wire/Cable.

 

EDWARDS, REBECCA RENEE

23, from Ft. Worth, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 15 months state jail.

 

GILBERT, JEREMY DEAN

33, from Denison, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 14 months state jail.

 

BROWN, ELLA FAY

50, from Denison, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to nine months state jail.

 

CORTINAS, AURELIO O.

27, from Mesquite, was sentenced to nine months state jail for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine.

 

BROWN, JAMES DEAN

52, from Denison, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to six months state jail.

47, from McKinney, pled guilty to Theft of Property $1500 and was sentenced to six months state jail.

 

HARGESHEIMER, JIMMY

42, from Gordonville, pled guilty to Driving While Intoxicated-3rd or More and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated five years, and $2,000 fine.

 

BADGER. SHEENA KAY

36, from Sherman, pled, without a plea agreement, to Burglary of Habitation and was sentenced by the judge to 10 years in prison, probated six years, and a $1000 fine.

 

HARRIS, KYANDRE

19, from Denison, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to Delivery of Marijuana in Drug Free Zone and was sentenced by the judge to eight years in prison, probated five years, and $750 fine.

 

PHELPS, TYE MCKENZIE

19, from Sherman, pled guilty to Burglary of Habitation and was sentenced to eight years in prison, probated eight years, a $750 fine, and 60 days in county jail as a condition of probation.

 

HILL, CHRISTOPHER WILLIAM

19, from Dallas, pled guilty to 10 counts of Burglary of Habitation and was sentenced to eight years in prison, probated eight years, a $1000 fine, and 45 days in county jail.

 

BROWN, JOHNATHAN BERNARD

22, from Dallas, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance – Cocaine and was sentenced to eight years in prison, probated six years, and pled guilty to Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to two years state jail, probated four years.

32, from Dallas, was sentenced by the judge to two years state jail, probated four years for failing to comply with the terms of his deferred adjudication probation previously granted for Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine.

44, from Corsicana, pled guilty to False Statement for Property/Credit and was sentenced to two years state jail, probated five years, and a $500 fine.

 

BINGHAM, JAMES ALAN

47, from Denison, pled, without a plea agreement, to Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced by the judge to 10 years deferred adjudication probation and a $1000 fine.

40 from Denison, pled guilty to Prohibited Substance in Correctional Facility – Alprazolam, and was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation and a $1000 fine.
