The Tigers from Trenton defeated rival Leonard in their annual pre-Thanksgiving game 54-52.

The game was close throughout as Leonard led 13 - 12 after the first quarter. The two teams of Tigers battled even in the second quarter with each team scoring 11 apiece making the halftime score, Leonard 24 Trenton 23.

The Tigers of Leonard, behind the three-point shooting of Aaron Moreland and Christain Lyday, pulled out to a 39-35 lead at the end of the third stanza.

The Trenton team, playing their fifth game in six days, followed the scoring of Derek Meyer and Tray Kidwell in the final quarter to pull ahead by outscoring Leonard 19-13.

The Trenton Tigers (3-3) play their next game at Tom Bean on December 1.
