Discussion, consideration and action to approve (a) Resolution authorizing execution of Interlocal Agreement between Fannin County and Grayson County and (b) Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Fannin County and Grayson County regarding the housing and care of inmates, and (c) approve County Judge to sign all documentation pertaining to same on behalf of Fannin County

Discussion, consideration and action to approve Resolution authorization the submission of a Home Program Application to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for Home Funds; granting authority to the County Judge to execute any and all other instruments requisite in implementing said Resolution, and authorizing County Clerk to authenticate County Judge’s signature to any and all other instruments requisite in implementing said Resolution

Discussion, consideration and action to approve additional $5.00 fee for each civil suit filed in county court, statutory county court, probate court and district court, exempting from the fee any suit filed by any governmental entity or suit for delinquent taxes effective January 1, 2010, to support the Sixth Court of Appeals pursuant to S.B. 658, and to establish an Appellate Judicial System Fund for the Sixth Court of Appeals District in accordance with SB 658

8. Consideration and action to approve settlement agreement between Fannin County and the Estate of Roger Fitzwater regarding bail bond claims

9. Consideration and action to appoint Karen Riley of Leonard, Texas to the Fannin County Child Welfare Board

10. Discussion and consideration and possible action to approve upgrading classification status of Ivanhoe Volunteer Fire Department because of its recent acquirement of new rescue equipment and training in use of same

11. Discussion, consideration and action to approve Precinct 3 hauling rock from McCraw pit located in Honey Grove, Texas to the fairgrounds and Precinct 3 donating any hauling expense incurred

12. Consideration and action to approve the award of the building repair bid

13. Consideration and action to approve the award of the bid for the purchaser of Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Vehicles

14. Consideration and action to approve the sale of two (2) Hobart refrigerators that are no longer operational at the former jail facility on CR 4200 through Lone Star Auctioneers Online Auction

15. Consideration and action to approve the sale of a seized 1990 Cadillac through Lone Star Auctioneers

16. Consideration and action to approve the purchase of printer cartridges for HP LaserJet C8061X-2 Toners at $104.23 each and HP LaserJet Q7551A – 2 toners at $124.29 each – total $457.04 for Precinct One Justice of the Peace printers out of the JP #1 Technology Fund 26-455-572

Discussion, consideration and action to approve the expenditure of the HAVA Grant Funds for Polling Place Accessibility in the amount of $6,500 on the proposed plan to upgrade the ADA accessible door on the north side of the courthouse. Also, to include the replacement of the other three outside doors of courthouse on the south, east, and west that will include panic hardware and any extra cost from the upgrade of the ADA accessible door out of the 2007 Homeland Security Grant, Project #5 "Protecting Critical Infrastructure Security Systems at Courthouse and South Annex"

19. Consideration and action to approve Precinct Two to purchase a 2000 F750 Ford Dump Truck from Graham International for $16,000 and to approve payment out of Precinct Two Purchase of Equipment account 22-622-571

20. Consideration and action to approve releasing pledges (Cusip #918118GZ7 and Cusip #31371MM61) and replacing with new pledges CUSIP 154049383 and CUSIP #154048912 and approve County Judge to sign Release of Security Authorization pertaining to same
