The Trenton Tigers could do nothing to slow down 6' 5" post Cameron Vesperma, who scorched them for 44 points, including a big 3-point shot and 7-of-8 free throw shooting in the final minutes of the game to fend off a Trenton comeback.

Trenton will be back in action Thursday night at 8:00 to battle the Honey Grove Warriors in the opening round of the Campbell Tournament.

The Trenton junior varsity boys, led by Dillon Wooten's 20 points, mounted a come-from-behind victory over the Eagles from Valley View. The final score was Trenton 40 Valley View 39. The Trenton JV boys will host the Ector Eagles next Tuesday night at 4:30.
