Bonham, Texas -- Graveside service for Paul D. Pratt, age 91, of Leonard will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at Randolph Cemetery.  Rev. David Brackett will officiate the service. Mr. Pratt passed away on Monday, November 16, 2009 at Leonard Manor in Leonard, TX. 

Paul D. Pratt was born in Corinth Community, on April 15, 1918 to parents Willie Edward Pratt and Lucy Almeda Crook.  He married Lila Pratt on November 29, 1940 in Randolph, TX; she preceded him in death on January 30, 2009. He was a painter for 37 years at Southwest Pump and was a member of the Randolph Baptist Church.

Survivors include Daughters- Jo Neta Lewis and husband John of Whitewright, and Virginia Todd and husband Bobby of Trenton, Sons-Charles Pratt and wife Connie of Bonham, Gaylon Pratt and wife Deb of Joaquin, TX, and Larry Pratt and wife Amy of Ravenna, 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by parents, 3 brothers and 8 sisters.

Pallbearers will be Grady Pratt, Ronnie Reeves, Michael Pratt, Jeremy Pratt, Bobby Johnson, and J.L. Pratt. Honorary pallbearer will be David VanHooser.

Family visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home in Bonham, between 6-7:30 P.M.
