Bonham, Texas -- Services For Chris Wait, age 57, will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home Chapel in Bonham, Texas. Internment will follow at Carson Cemetery in Ector, Texas. Officiating the service will be Rev. Houston Garner. Chris passed away Sunday, November 15, 2009 in Fort Worth, Texas.
She was born July 31, 1952 in Bonham and graduated from Bonham High School in 1970. Chris attended Grayson County College and was working at Harris Methodist Hospital as a Medical Laboratory Technician in Fort Worth.
Survivors are a son, David VanHooser of Laramie, WY; daughter Amber Brownrigg of Yazoo, MS; grandchildren, Joe, Alecia, and David Brown; mother and step-father Lou and Terry Miller of Whitewright, TX; sister, Cathi Caffey of Lamasco, TX.
Chris was preceded in death by her father, Dick Wait, Jr.
The family will receive friends at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home from 6-8:00 PM, Monday, November 16, 2009.
