10-30-2009 Deputy Scott responded to a criminal mischief call on CR4720. The deputy was advised by the complainant that some unknown individual(s) had entered his travel trailer between July and October 2009. The complainant stated nothing was missing from the trailer, but there was damage to the front door. The unknown individual(s) had apparently gone through the cabinets in the trailer and upset some cushions on chairs and a couch. The complainant did tell Deputy Scott the front door of the trailer was locked the last time he was at the trailer in July 2009.
10-31-2009 Deputies responded to a burglary call on FM 1753. The complainant was contacted and advised the deputies that an unknown person(s) had entered his barn. There were pry marks located on the front door of the barn where entry was apparently gained to the inside of the building. The approximate loss is $1,000. Possible suspect information was provided by the complainant. Case is under investigation.
11-01-2009 Deputy Mueller responded to a theft call on North Park Drive. The complainant told the deputy that some unknown person(s) had stolen the stainless propeller from his boat. The complainant told the deputy the last time he looked at his boat on 10-28-09 the prop was on his boat. Total loss $360.
Fannin County narcotics deputies executed a search and arrest warrant on CR2925 in the Dodd City area. 1 male suspect and 1 female were found to be in the residence. There were also 3 juveniles located inside the residence. The male suspect directed the investigators to the illegal narcotics in the residence. Investigators found marijuana, crack cocaine, 1 pistol, numerous and sundry items used in the illegal sale of drugs. Investigators also seized $2131.00 in cash believed to be from the illegal sale of narcotics. The male subject was taken into custody and transported to the Fannin County Jail.
