Whitewright ISD and Tom Bean ISD have always been rivals.  But this year, they’ve added other schools to the mix.

Bells and Leonard ISDs have also joined in the race to get the most food items into their communities by Thursday, Oct 22.

All four schools are hosting a food drive starting Monday, Oct 19.  Community members can drop off canned or boxed items at any one of the middle schools during the week.  The items will be counted by 3 pm on Thursday, Oct 22.

All food items will stay in the respective communities, donated to local food banks and/or churches.  The one with the most items holds the title of WINNER until they gather again next year.

Tom Bean students Randi Cole, Kacie Smith, Ramie Byers, Karli LeDane, and Shelby Johnston need your help to get food collected for their community.

If you need additional information, please contact Debbie Yates, SADD Sponsor at Tom Bean Middle School, at 903.546.6161 or Debbie.yates@tombean-isd.org.
