Anna TX  --  The date for the first annual Anna ISD Education Foundation poker run has been set.  Calling all bikers and weekend road warriors, mark your calendar for Saturday, November 14, 2009.  Get ready to enjoy a beautiful scenic route to St. Jo Texas. 

Ride organizers have arranged for 5 stops during the ride where riders will draw a card and say hello to the locals. 

The proceeds from this poker run will benefit the Anna Education fund, a 501(c)3  organization that awards funds  to deserving teachers through teacher grants for innovative projects in the classroom.   This family friendly event will end with a good old fashioned country BBQ.  The BBQ starts at 3 p.m. for anyone not participating in the poker run.

Enjoy a super ending party with great food and raffle prizes;  last bike in at 3 p.m. with awards beginning promptly at 3:30 p.m.

Fees:  $30 for rider/$10 for passenger; After November 9, 2009: $40 for rider/$15 for passenger
